The Partnership for Student Advancement, Inc., in New York City, has established an ongoing program for financially underprivileged and/or minority talented motivated youth. The program assists in identifying and confirming career goals through testing, training, informational classes, coaching and interning.

The program is designed to provide funding for education to assist students in making a smooth transition from school to the workplace, where they can achieve professional success and personal fulfillment.

On April 25, 2007, Norman Hedman's Tropique will perform at the Light the Way Charity Event and Auction, which will benefit PSA.
